Salon Policies + Deposits



COVID-19 Safety Procedures
In order to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy, The Cutting Room will continuously disinfect and sanitize all chairs, stations, tools, and surfaces between each client. We have medical grade hand sanitizer throughout the salon for your convenience as well disposable masks if you wish to wear one. In addition, if you feel more comfortable with your stylist to wear a mask during your service, please let them know and they will comply.

Appointment Policies
We understand that your schedule can change & you may need to amend your previously scheduled appointment. Please review and understand our cancellation policy below.

Appointment Cancelation Policy
Emergencies happen, we understand. If you are canceling a haircut or blowdry appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will not be charged a cancelation fee. However, habitual cancellations without notifying us in advance will result in a 100% deposit of your scheduled service price at the time of booking.  


We respect you & we appreciate your patronage, Please respect our time and allow us enough time to fill your cancelation with clients on the waitlist.  It’s really a win-win for everyone this way. 

We are taking deposits for appointments that take longer than 2 hours. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you do not cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule at least 48 hours before, the deposit will go towards your next appointment or will be refunded to you. You may be asked to make a deposit for your next appointment if you tend to cancel last minute frequently.
All new clients receiving a color and chemical services will be asked to make a deposit.
Pay a $50 deposit for a service that takes less than 2 hours.
Pay a $100 deposit for a service that takes 2 hours or more.
Call and ask your stylist which amount to deposit if you are unsure.
