COVID-19 Safety Procedures
In order to keep our clients and staff safe and healthy, The Cutting Room will continuously disinfect and sanitize all chairs, stations, tools, and surfaces between each client. We have medical grade hand sanitizer throughout the salon for your convenience as well disposable masks if you wish to wear one. In addition, if you feel more comfortable with your stylist to wear a mask during your service, please let them know and they will comply.

We understand that your schedule can change & you may need to amend your previously scheduled appointment. Please review and understand our strict cancellation policy below.

Appointment Cancelation Policy
Emergencies happen, we understand. If you are canceling shorter appointments (cuts/blowdrys) with less than a 24 hour notice, you will not be charged a cancelation fee. But if you cancel again less than 24 hour notice, you may be asked to prepay for your next appointment.
For all color or perm services, not showing up for your confirmed color and perm appointment will result in a cancelation charge of 100% of the full-service price of your scheduled color service. In addition, you will be required to prepay for your next scheduled appointment. In order to make any future appointments after a “no-show” or same-day cancelation, the cancelation fees must be paid in full over the phone and a prepayment deposit of the services requested for the next appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking.

We respect you & we appreciate your patronage, Please respect our time and allow us enough time to fill your cancelation with clients on the waitlist. It’s really a win-win for everyone this way.
Deposits
In order to secure your upcoming color correction, extensive color, or any larger chemical process we require a minimum $100 deposit which is applied towards your service. Deposit is non-refundable if you do not show for your appointment. If you cancel or change an appointment within 24-48 hours, you may lose 50% of your deposit. Any changes less 24 hours is 100% non refundable.
